Bryce is a student at SUNY New Paltz, and a recent graduate of Nassau Community College on Long Island, where he majored in Liberal Arts and Political Science.
Bryce entered the SUNY Student Assembly as a Community College Representative following the annual elections in the spring of 2018. Bryce has since moved up in the organization quickly, taking on a leadership role as Vice Chair of Community Colleges before stepping up to Acting Chair of Community Colleges. In these positions, Bryce worked hand-in-hand with his fellow representatives to develop innovative advocacy and engagement initiatives in an effort to support the unique needs of community college students. Bryce's passion and dedication have impressed everybody who has had the pleasure of working with him, making it no surprise that he won the special election as Treasurer of the Student Assembly in January of 2020.
Bryce's involvement on campus at Nassau Community College is extensive, including working as an orientation coordinator, being involved in the liberty program, and serving in his student government as a Sophomore Senator and then Vice President. Bryce has won the Student Activities Award, Who’s Who Award and Orientation Leadership Award. In addition to Representative, Bryce served as President of the NCC SGA this past fall.
Outside of school, Bryce is an ambassador for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and provides support for kids and adults who have been recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
