"SUNY has been at the forefront of addressing our critical public health and safety needs. We look forward to working with the Chair, the Chancellor, the SUNY System Administration, and our faculty on strengthening pandemic response across New York and raising our voices in constant support of the great University system we are a part of." Hershenson added.

Priorities for the upcoming academic year include strengthening mental health services on campus, enhancing support for graduate students, and promoting inclusive and sustainable campus environments from our community colleges to our doctoral granting institutions.
