Veteran Affairs Committee

The Veteran Affairs Committee facilitates conversations surrounding veteran services at the campus, system and state level. The members, led by the Chair, coordinate advocacy initiatives to ensure adequate resources, accomodations, and services are available to veteran students.

JAGDEEP SINGH

Chair of Veteran Affairs

Jagdeep currently a science major at SUNY Old Westbury completing his undergraduate degree. He plans on attending the military medical upon graduation from Old Westbury.  Jagdeep is currently in the United States Marine Corps and he can relate to the issues that veteran students face at school. He will make sure that their voices are heard and they can have an easier transition into the student/civilian life.

Reading, studying, running, being with his marines and classmates and going out.

OLIVIA AUTENRIETH

Vice Chair of Veteran Affairs

Olivia is a junior at The College of Brockport studying Business Administration. She currently is in Brockport Student Government holding the position of Student Court Justice as well as Election Commissioner. With friends and immediate family in the military, Olivia is constantly learning more and more about military life and the needs of our service members. She splits her time between Brockport and her hometown in Central New York.
